After the APP is installed, please turn on the Bluetooth. The RGB LED strip will then be automatically connected to the APP via Bluetooth. If the color of the remote does not match your LED strip, please modify the pin sequence via the APP. Modify the sequence between six color groups (GRB/GBR/BRG/BGR/RBG/RGB) from left to right, click the button to confirm for each group, and then test the color with the remote until it matches your LED strip.

Why is the light not turning on after using this LED light controller and power supply? The LED strip light power supply or the LED controller may be broken. The connection could also be wrong or not connected well, with the positive and negative terminals reversed. If there is an RGB line connection error, the light color will be faulty, so please recheck and reconnect the RGB lines.

Why does the light brightness become weaker after using this LED controller? The power supply is likely overloaded. The 12V LED power supply is 24 watts, which can work within a 16.4-foot long 5050 RGB LED strip light. Please ensure your light is no more than 16.4 feet long.

Does this LED controller have a timer function? Yes, it has 4 timing-off modes: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours. You can set a schedule and make your RGB light automatically turn off after your selected time.

The GXILEE LED Controller 12V Bluetooth comes with a UL-listed power supply. It is compatible with 12V 4-pin RGB LED strip lights, including 2835 and 5050 models. It is not suitable for RGBIC, 5V, or 24V LED lights, or 3-pin and 5-pin LED light strips.
