LED Connector for 10mm RGB 5050 LED Strip Lights

The LED light strip you purchase should be 10mm wide and have 4 pins (RGB). It can be used with both waterproof and non-waterproof LED strip lights. Ensure that the wire diameter is within the 20AWG-22AWG / 0.34~0.75 mm2 range, and do not strip the wires.

Installation Guides:

Strip End: First, ensure the LED light strip is 10mm wide and has 4 contacts (+, B, R, G). All contacts should be clean, and the strip should be cut straight. Open the transparent cover of the connector up to 45 degrees. Peel off the 3M tape around the cutting line area on the back of the LED strip, then insert the LED light strip into the strip side, ensuring the 4 contacts of the LED strip sit on the 4 pins of the clasp. Close the clasp down with force using pliers.

Wire End: Cut the desired wire length and separate the 4 wires (20-22AWG) around the connection part. Insert the wires into the connector guide slot, making sure the positive and negative on the strip light surface correspond to the correct wires. Close the transparent cap with pliers until it is fully seated on both sides of the bottom base. Ensure the metal joint pierces through the wire insulation. (Note: Do not strip the wires. The positive wire should match the "+" input power mark on the strip light surface.)

This 4-pin connector can be used for 10mm / 0.4-inch RGB LED strips and 22 AWG 4-pin wires, including solid wires and multi-core wires. It is not applicable for 8mm / 0.31-inch or 12mm / 0.47-inch LED strips. Please use a standard 22 AWG wire for the connection.

The simple operation involves no need to peel off insulation, weld, or strip off the waterproof cover of the light strip, allowing for a fast and flexible connection that saves time and effort. The picture details how to use the connector.

The metal pin on the solderless, gapless LED adapter connectors pierces the copper contact on the light strip, ensuring a firm connection even with slight swings and pulls. Unqualified wires may have too few copper cores to connect accurately, or the copper core may be off-center and unable to conduct current. If the wire is qualified but the connection is still unsuccessful, you can re-cut a piece of wire and try to connect again.

The RGB LED connectors can be cut to the desired length, solving distance problems when decorating wine cabinets, eaves, wall corners, or cars.
