RGBZONE LED Strip Controller, Wireless IR Remote for 5050 2835 3528 LED Strip Lights

The RGBZONE 44-Key RGB 2-Port LED Remote Controller is a versatile device widely used for controlling a variety of LED lamps, including point-source lights, flexible strip lights, wall washer lights, and glass curtain wall lights.

To use the controller, you need to remove the plastic isolation plate before use and point the IR receiver while controlling the remote. It is important to note that the power voltage must be the same as the LED strip light supply voltage.

The IR Remote can connect 2 rolls of LED strips with a connection mode of Common Anode (+). The controller output is DC 12-24V, 2A per channel, with a maximum load current of 3*2A. The working temperature range is -4°F to 140°F, and the control range is 10cm to 500cm for RGB LED strips. The remote control distance is 16.4FT to 26FT (5M to 8M).

Please note that the LED strip and power adapter are not included in the package. The controller requires CR1220/CR2032 batteries, which are included. Remember to remove the plastic isolation plate before use and point the IR receiver while controlling the remote.

The package includes 1 LED controller, 1 44-key remote controller, and 1 operation instruction. The controller offers 20 colors and 8 light patterns: Static, Flash, Strobe, Fade-change, R/G/B Smooth-change.

If the light strip appears very dark or only the red light is on, it may be due to incorrect voltage use. Ensure that the input voltage matches the output voltage (the voltage of the LED light strip must be the same as the power supply voltage).

If the effect suddenly pauses or the LED end gradually dims, please check the voltage of the LED strip immediately. This is a normal physical phenomenon.

If the controller becomes hot (burned out) or the light strip is burned out, please troubleshoot by checking if the LED light strip voltage is the same as the power supply voltage. For example, a DC12V RGB LED strip must use a DC12V power supply, and a DC24V RGB LED strip must use a DC24V power supply.

If the controller cannot be used correctly, please check the following: (1) Ensure the plastic isolation plate of the remote control has been pulled out; (2) Verify that the IR remote control is within 8M-10M range and that there are no obstacles between the light strip and the controller; (3) Ensure the arrow markings between the strip connector and the controller are in the same position.

If the colors are displayed incorrectly, you can reset the controller and adjust the order of R/G/B to resolve the issue.
